Jollibee Group extends food assistance to communities hit by recent calamities

The Jollibee Group has mobilized its stores, employees, and partner networks to support communities affected by a series of recent calamities, including earthquakes and Typhoons Tino and Uwan.

Through the Jollibee Group Foundation’s (JGF) FoodAID program, the company and its volunteers have served more than 13,470 hot meals to families impacted by Typhoon Tino and 2,952 meals—with distributions still ongoing—to communities affected by Typhoon Uwan. Earlier, over 36,000 hot meals were also provided to residents in the Visayas and Mindanao regions following a strong earthquake.

Relief efforts remain underway. JGF and its local partners continue to deliver congee mix, rice, and other essentials to support families in hard-hit areas.

The public may participate in the Jollibee Group Foundation’s Christmas fundraising campaign, with options to donate through in-store coin banks across Jollibee Group brands nationwide. Funds raised will help provide food assistance to communities recovering from the recent disasters.

“Every coin dropped, every effort shared, brings warmth and hope to our kababayans in need,” the Foundation said in a statement.

The Jollibee Group expressed gratitude to store teams, franchisees, volunteers, and partners who have assisted in meal distribution, logistics coordination, and information dissemination.
